枫叶的共享空间March 15 由《一只猫的离奇死亡》的落点引发的公德与私德问题《一只猫的离奇死亡》是央视品牌栏目《新闻调查》在虐猫事件网上引起轩然大波后制作的一期节目,然而节目将落点定位为对三位虐猫事件当事人的同情与理解而将更为重要的道德问题忽略至一边,显然没能尽到央视作为一个媒体的职责。 首先,让我们来回顾一下节目的开端。当一个穿着高跟鞋的女子踩死猫的全过程在网络上以视频和图片的方式出现的时候,引起了数万网民强烈的义愤和声讨。网民们自发组织起来,通过人肉搜索的方式在网络上展开了空前的寻找,在六天时间中,他们从茫茫人海里锁定了踩猫者、光碟的拍摄人和被怀疑的幕后策划者。之后,《新闻调查》栏目介入,通过对三位当事人的采访和对搜索过程中自发组织者的访谈对此事件做了一个比较完整的报道。 在节目过程中,对仇恨的渲泄,利益的驱动还有内心深处某种隐秘的欲望不断的刺激着我们的神经,然而其中最令人深思的莫过于三位当事人竟都是生活中的楷模。为什么在私德上堪称楷模的人却可以做出如此有损公共道德的事情?梁启超曾经一语中的,他说中国人的三纲五常中,父子、兄弟、夫妇三常都属于私德范围,而且其余两常君臣与朋友也只能勉强归为公德范畴,所以我们可以得出结论中国人普遍私德高于公德。 而其根源又在于孔孟之道,例如桃应问孟子,如果舜的父亲杀了人该怎么办,孟子答曰:“舜视弃天下犹弃敝履也。窃负而逃,遵海滨而处,终身然,乐而忘天下。” 意思就是,舜把抛弃天下看得如同丢弃破草鞋一样。会偷偷地背着父亲逃跑,沿海边住下来,一辈子高高兴兴的,快乐得忘了天下。可见,在孟子看来亲情远远高于国家,公德与私德相比仅如破鞋。我们说要取中国文化之精华,弃其糟粕,而公德意识的缺失正是当今社会应该予以重视的。所以此次虐猫事件是公德与私德问题的一个非常好的例证,三位当事人虽然在私德上无可厚非,但他们已然令人发指,因为公德是人之所以为人的最低限度,私德又是建立在公德基础上的,如果连最基本的道德都没有何来私德? 而节目的最后,却落在了理解和宽恕上,“当事人是和我们一样的普通人,在虐猫事件中,他们所透露出来的阴暗面,也许在很多人的心里也都存在…”,而我要问,对于这种心理畸形如何给予理解?难道央视要倡导所有人都变态?这是一次中国公德缺失最有力的证据,然而却不幸被央视放走了,但也由此更加发人深省,央视作为中国传媒的领头羊,作为舆论引导的主要阵地,也还没有意识到公共道德的重要性。 February 07 有感慰安妇 昨天和老妈聊起中外差异,扯到了外国人性能力问题上,老妈为了证明外国人性能力极强引证一本回忆录内容,上面描述当初苏联支持中国建设时候,中国政府专门从乡村征调妇女照顾苏联人生活,当然主要照顾性生活。为什么从乡村征调的原因就是农村妇女足够强壮。
一开始我为这个原因大笑不止,后来突然想到原来慰安妇在中国也存在过。想起每次中国因为这个原因和日本大肆叫嚷的情景,再查查慰安妇的中国定义,我觉的极度讽刺。慰安妇其实可以以不同形式存在于不同的需求下,但其本质是一样的。 一切为了政治在中国是唯一不变总方针。我不知道每次中国在日本为慰安妇理直气壮的讨公道时,原因是不是他们已妥善安置了本国这部分女人。所以中国的意思是,你可以玩女人,但玩完不给钱就是你的不对了。我感觉恶心的同时对慰安妇的遭遇深感同情,我对慰安妇的看法是她们只是战争这种人类畸形产物的副产品,那些士兵正在为国家牺牲为国家流血,从某种程度上他们应该得到某种安慰。有一些自愿的军妓,其实她们的爱国情操虽然盲目但是绝对和士兵一样高尚。所以对于中国这部分女人,我们依然可以得出结论,她们为新中国的建设做出了自己的贡献。 结论是慰安妇是某种应运而生的产物,如果要谴责就谴责人类自己的良心吧。同时我也希望任何人在任何时候做任何事也要阻止战争的再次发生,若有不从者,都应遭到全人类的唾弃。 October 07 《Kal Ho Naa Ho》(Tomorrow May or May Not Be, 2003)一部BOLLYWOOD的精品,享有HOLLYWOOD"KING KONG"之称的片子,没什么深度,但是看的我血液逆流,哭笑交替了3个小时,第一次感觉到商业片存在之意义重大。此片恢弘大气,华丽至极,歌舞俱佳,巨星闪耀,总之不能错过!此乃粉丝级影评,下面乃头脑冷静片。(发现出国之后经常“失常”,但其实是中国大学的教育一直就没正常过,连影视赏析这样的课都能上的乏味无比)
Mainstream Indian cinema, affectionately known as Bollywood, is no longer a national cinema, but a transnational one, not only in terms of production but in terms of audience.
I agree what is mentioned above in the article. It’s easy to tell the nationality from the structure of Indian marriage and family. This is a long film that full of laughs and tears, however, it’s also nation-oriented. Marriage seems like something superior all the morals and loves. It seems that actors and actresses could chose their lover on their own feet but the consequence still end up with a perfect marriage which make everyone happy even the actress also appreciate what a good life she has. I’d like to say what moves me deeply is the numerous and fantastic singing and dancing due to it brings me the most pure enjoyment on audio visual. And I think this is the biggest feature of Bollywood film, it’s hard to tell how profound the film is but you would be moved by the right expression of the emotion. Sometimes they are exaggerating but I think it’s in harmony with the drama. It’s also the insurance of the Box Office. In addition the film’s success also relies on the charming performance of the super stars and certainly the big budget. The popular Indian film don’t apply to the esthetics of realism and refuse to integrate the fiction into the real life either, it has its own developing logics and performing regulations.
This film is more like a global one. You could see from some specific senses such as the American flag or multicultural dancers and what’s more obvious is the whole story happened in New York. And I don’t think any one of the stars in it has a traditional Indian face. Anyway, compare with another Indian film Monsoon Wedding which is the owner of Golden Lion in 58th Venice Film Festival, KAL HO NAA HO is only a commercial success. However, Monsoon Wedding tell the world that Indian film could also be profound just like this film’s theme: in the area of globalization and global village, how Indian’s life statement and what have been changed in their mind.
In the end, I never mean that the deep theme of the movie is the only standard to justify if one is good or not. I laugh and cry all the time during the screening time and I have to say this kind of fabulous or you cold say meretricious film is absolutely necessary for the audience come from every piece of the earth.

Review With its relatively low admission prices and a national population of around 63 million, Thai film have been facing the similar problem with most smaller while ambitious Asian countries and exploring a way to attract a global audience and sufficient investment.
Thai films always famous for its horror movie, while Beautiful Boxer could be could be counted as a new break of mysterious and oriental Thai culture. Asian films have made more significant inroads into Berlin. Beautiful Boxer, by Thai director Ekachai Uekrongtham, has sentiments - and kickboxing - on its side (James Christopher, The Times (UK)). Compare with Farewell My Concubine, Beautiful Boxer is also brilliant in the combination of national culture and global elements. ‘He fights like a man so he can become a woman’; this is the theme of the film also a globally controversial issue. As same as the homosexuality in the Farewell My Concubine, transsexual is obvious an attractive selling point for the worldwide audiences. However, the theme of ‘trying not to forget what you really want to be', is a beautiful expression of “man and nature are integrated” which have had since the ancient Asia. And the theme song ‘The Girl I knew’ is perfect for the film.
Has love, has pain, has proud also has betrayal, Beautiful Boxer is different from a traditional hero movie which focus on the affection and a profound theme. Always win in the battle is a legend but keep finding yourself is the true reality. September 23 FENG YE 21
题目跟王家卫学的,“重庆森林”瞎拼起来要的就是一种感觉,不过主要是中西通用,我在国外用的就是这个名字,每次看到老师们叫我名字时千奇百怪的表情,我纯真无比的愿望就这样邪恶的达到了——请体会我说英文的感觉。 此猫,officially,21岁了,今年的生日由于时差提前了2个小时,可以理解为用脑过度导致提前衰老。不过还是一如既往的低调,当然大家可以理解为一如既往的自以为是。生日虽然一个人,也还是要过的,所幸,还算充实。 早上和一个老师讨论未来要完成的一项作业,日子他挑的,便宜他了(其实心中暗喜)。老师很随意也很英伦,一直在高谈阔论,而我一直在观察他手中把玩的一块像面团的石头和他四处迸发的毛发,用词大概不是很合理,不过很形象。讨论完后,他迅速消失了,当我莫名其妙的走到门口时,发现他拉开沉重的铁门在等我,当时一阵感动。 下午,讨论课上,满眼的帅哥,于是我决定结束中国大陆与香港的意淫关系,正式展开洽谈,恰巧身边坐了一位“时尚行男”,“时尚”是因为他的鞋尖长到可以比他的人先出现10秒,“行男”是因为一下课就跑了,所以我只好转换目标,结果找到一位酷似《指环王》里精灵王子的人。结果证明,香港回归后,大陆依旧意淫,而我比大陆幸运点,王子帮我改了篇论文。其实我也没想到为什么事情会发展到改论文这件事上,大概是王子一开口,我就知道沟通不了,那口音隆重到可以参加布什他女儿的婚礼了。看着勤勤恳恳改论文的澳洲帅哥,感觉他纯真的像孩子。不是我走神,而是他左撇子,写什么我统统看不到。 很尴尬的时刻,英文写不好,中文也快忘光了,想起当初高产的自己,终于决定在生日之际推出这篇博文,全篇主要跟帅哥有关,大家估计觉得我堕落了。我的观点是,我确实堕落了,原以为精神思考是建立在物质基础之上的,结果发现,当物质太过优越的时候,人越发懒惰,就像煮锅里的青蛙。而人最拼搏的时候,我猜是现在——半饥不饱的时候。 |
